          Miss Agriculture Advocacy Ambassador Information

National Miss Agriculture Advocacy Ambassador Title

We award one Miss Agriculture title at State Pageants and at the National Pageant. The Miss Agriculture title is an award based on Volunteering, AGvocating, and Promoting our program. This queen is someone who is actively involved in our program, she volunteers her time, talents and energy to benefit the less fortunate in her community. This queen is truly a role model for young ladies across the nation and in the Agriculture Industry.

Traditional scoring is not used in this area of the competition. Each one of these books will be viewed by a panel and a group decision will be made.

The following is what is being taken into consideration when judging these:

          • The consistency in which you participated in events. Did you use your full reign or did you take a month and do a cluster of things to quickly create a book?
          • What you are capable of participating in for your age division?
          • The details of the event. What was the event called? What was the date of it? What did you do there? Be as descriptive as possible.
          • Did you attend events that were actually ag related? Did you educate the public in some way?
          • You are using this book to tell a story of your reign, be as descriptive as possible.

It is likely that you will have a lot of information to cover so take that into consideration when choosing a scrapbook because you can only turn in ONE book. So if that book is a 3 ring large binder where each page is put together using clear sheet protectors, that is ok! But remember, we aren't looking for the person who has the largest book put together. We are looking for the person who made the biggest impact.

For your scrapbook to be judged it must be in our hands no later than June 1st. This does not mean you ship it on June 1st

          Frequently Asked Questions

Please check the handbook, as it may answer your questions. If you cannot find your answer there, please use the contact us form on this page!

All ad pages, payment for options, preorder program books, t-shirts, admission tickets, etc. must be purchased by April 1st. It is possible that we MIGHT have some general admission armbands available to be purchased at the door but highly unlikely. We usually sell out every year. April 1st is a firm deadline, if your information is not in by this date, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to compete. I recommend going out and securing your sponsors immediately and turning your required ad page in. Anything you do after that is just a bonus.

Each state director has her own individual policies set for her state. For anyone who is registered at large, Ciera Ingram is your state director. For at large state titles, is that you are respectful in your interactions with staff, the general public, and your sister questions. With that being said, your reign is truly what you make of it. The National staff, is to make the most of your time full of memorable activities!

YES! Any regional title (North, Central, South, East and West) is the same as a state title (Alabama, Alaksa etc.) They are assigned based on the time that you register and nothing else!

Contestants are scored on a scale from 1-10 in self-introduction, formal wear, and optional.

Your total score will be compiled of your Self-introduction, Formal wear, and your ONE HIGHEST optional.

For AT LARGE states the registration fee is $195 for Tiny-Junior Miss and for Teen-Elite Ms the registration fee is $395

If you won a state pageant your entry fee has been paid to compete at Nationals.

Below are cost for every contestant, including contestants who won a state pageant
