Each state director has her own individual policies set for her state. For anyone who is registered at large, Ciera Ingram is your state director. For at large state titles, is that you are respectful in your interactions with staff, the general public, and your sister questions. With that being said, your reign is truly what you make of it. The National staff, is to make the most of your time full of memorable activities?
YES! Any regional title (North, Central, South, East and West) is the same as a state title (Alabama, Alaksa etc.) They are assigned based on the time that you register and nothing else!
Contestants are scored on a scale from 1-10 in self-introduction, formal wear, and optional.
Your total score will be compiled of your Self-introduction, Formal wear, and your ONE HIGHEST optional.
